I cannot say enough about Browning. The initial contact (through April) was great. Great customer service, constant contact, very professional and eager to help and fit me in for a next day appointment. From then on April was excellent at staying in touch with all pertinent information, it was always easy to reach her and always had the answers I was needing, and always with a "smile" in her voice. I worked Customer Service for years, and when you have good service, you know it. The estimate process was fast and accurate, Lindsey was very professional and very courteous. Packing day went off pretty much without a hitch, the guys were fun to work with but also very professional and quick. Loading day went off really well too, Rodney, our driver was fast, efficient, and as invested as we were to get things done quickly and well. Delivery happened within the window promised, and Rodney did everything as quickly as he could when his truck broke down on the morning on delivery, and he had to get it fixed. He showed up with his crew only a couple hours later than planned and worked really hard to get everything in and situated. THey also took great care in not dirtying our new home (since it had been raining) and just did an excellent job, all around. I am SO thankful that we chose them, they were worth every penny.
